Performer for retirement communities
A little something for everyone, from country to swing music, 50's, 60's, 70's,
singalongs to movie musical favourites. Depending on what your location
prefers, there can be songs for dancing or more for singing along to.
Memory care units benefit a great deal from sing-a-longs, as a music therapy.
Small space? No problem!
Backing music with harmonies has been created and
pre- recorded in the home studio
At the performance the singing (and flute) is live, and all
that is needed is an electrical outlet.
Karen studied music at Grant MacEwan College/University earning
a diploma for vocal music performance in Jazz and Pop.
She first spent time at the University of Alberta studing Opera,
where she sang with the Madrigal Singers Choir. She has
performed with numerous choirs and choral groups, including the Concordia Community Choir.

One week per month, Tom is able to join Karen to accompany with guitar.
Tom is a private guitar and piano teacher, who also plays Lute at
many renaissance events around the province.

THEMED SETS
Sets (1 hour in length) are a mix of styles so that there is something for everyone.
Sometimes though, there are special occassions where a themed set list is preferred.
